International Compound #2440-M is a nitrite- and nitrate-free, concentrated liquid cleaner engineered to remove cutting, drawing and stamping lubricants from processed metal parts in power spray equipment. It is suitable for dilution with either hard or soft water.

International Compound #2440-M possesses extremely low-foaming properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures. It is non-etching and safe for use on aluminum as well as ferrous metals. Solutions deposit a thin, unobjectionable film which offers excellent rust protection for ferrous metals during in-process storage.
